With over 20 years of experience in finance, strategic management, and investor relations. Brenda Schroeder brings a wealth of expertise to Neorion Synergy as Vice President, Head of Value Creation and Investor Relations. She plays a key role in shaping the company's strategies and building strong relationships with investors to promote smart energy partnerships solutions worldwide.

Brenda started her career after earning a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from St Mary’s College, London, and an MSc in Business and Management. She gained expertise in global banking and markets at Goldman Sachs, focusing on FICC and Equities Sales and Trading. At HSBC Holdings, she advanced from administrative roles to Head of Portfolio Management, managing complex investment portfolios with great success.

After moving to Canada in 2015, Brenda worked as a Risk Management Analyst at CIBC Asset Management Inc., and later as an Asset Valuation Manager and Financial Planner at Millennium Management, LLC in New York City. These roles strengthened her reputation as a strategic thinker and trusted advisor in financial planning and asset management.

In 2023, Brenda joined Neorion Synergy, attracted by the chance to contribute to the smart energy sector. Using her skills in financial strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, she oversees the company's financial operations, expands its involvement in the smart energy value chain, and builds investor trust to support sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Brenda is passionate about innovation and collaboration. She enjoys investing, networking within financial communities, and exploring creative problem-solving. A lifelong learner, she combines strategic insight with a forward-thinking approach to keep Neorion Synergy at the forefront of smart energy solutions.

Co-Owner and Visionary at Neorion Synergy With over two decades of experience in the energy and project management sectors, I bring a unique blend of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and innovative thinking to Neorion Synergy.

My journey began as an Executive Management Assistant and Office Manager at Israel Electric Corporation, where I honed my skills in organisational management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving. From there, I transitioned to Director of Operations at Badenova Energie GmbH, where for ten years, I led diverse teams, streamlined operational processes, and executed strategic projects that fuelled the company’s growth.

In 2012, I joined Solar Optimum in Nevada as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing some of the company’s most groundbreaking solar projects. My contributions, including the development of Solar Optimum’s first large-scale solar farm, positioned me as a key player in advancing renewable energy solutions in a competitive market.

Since 2018, I have had the privilege of working on the ambitious Neom project as a Contract Project Manager. My role at Neom involves integrating cutting-edge technology and sustainability practices into urban development projects, helping to shape the future of urban living.

Drawing on my extensive experience, I co-founded Neorion Synergy with the vision of revolutionising how we generate and use energy. At Neorion Synergy, we’re passionate about creating integrated, resilient, and sustainable energy systems by blending renewable sources like solar, wind, and water with advanced hybrid technologies. Our expertise in cogeneration and hybrid energy systems is at the core of what we do, ensuring that we maximise energy efficiency while minimising environmental impact.
