QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE PROMISE TO YOUThe purpose of this policy is to establish a comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) package for Neorion Synergy. This package is intended to ensure that all services provided by our company meets the highest standards of quality and safety, in compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
This policy applies to all activities related to the provision of oil and gas EPCIC services, and applies to all employees, contractors, and subcontractors of our firm, as well as any external parties that are involved in the delivery of our services.
Quality Assurance:
- Neorion Synergy shall implement a comprehensive quality management system that is compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- We shall establish and maintain detailed procedures for all aspects of our service delivery, including engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning.
- We shall conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with our established procedures and standards.
- Our Company shall appoint a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our QA/QC package.
Quality Control:
- Neorion Synergy shall implement a robust Quality Control procedures that includes inspections, testing, and verification of all materials, equipment, and services used in the delivery of our services.
- We shall establish and maintain detailed Quality Control procedures that are compliant with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Our company shall appoint dedicated Quality Control Inspectors who will be responsible for conducting inspections and testing to ensure compliance with our established Quality Control procedures.
- We shall keep accurate records of all inspections, testing, and verification activities, and these records shall be made available for review upon request.
Non-Conformance:
- In the event that non-conformance is identified, Neorion Synergy shall take immediate corrective action to address the issue and prevent its re-occurrence.
- We shall establish and maintain detailed procedures for the investigation of non-conformance, including the identification of root causes, implementation of corrective actions, and monitoring of effectiveness.
- Our firm shall maintain accurate records of all non-conformance incidents, and these records shall be made available for review upon request.
Training:
- Neorion Synergy shall provide regular trainings for employees, contractors, and subcontractors on the implementation and maintenance of our QA/QC program.
- We shall ensure that employees involved in the delivery of our services are trained and competent in the use of our established procedures and standards.
- Our company shall provide regular refresher training courses to employees to ensure that they remain up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and standards.
Quality Policy Reviews
This policy is intended to be a living document that will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis to ensure continued compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
