COMMUNITY AFFAIRS POLICY

Neorion Synergy seeks to achieve a balance between our business activities and the needs of the communities which we impact. This Community Relations Policy provides a framework which will guide the decision-making and actions of Neorion Synergy as we seek to cultivate and establish harmonious relations with our stakeholders.

To implement this policy, Neorion Synergy will:

1. Discharge acceptable corporate social responsibilities (CSR) to host communities and enlighten them on benefits derivable from community related projects.
2. Will maintain a continuous flow of information to host communities.
3. Respect the local customs, laws and traditions of the communities.
4. Shall generally conduct her operation in a way that would recognize the need for a cordial working relationship with host communities;
5. We will consult regularly with communities and their representatives to discuss concerns and how it can be managed.
6. In the event of an attack from aggressive community: Neorion Synergy shall consult with communities and their representatives to discuss concerns and how it can be managed.

We shall maintain sound public relations with a host community and shall employ available local labour for project requiring such employment. Neorion Synergy shall also assist in community development projects where such assistance is justified by obvious need and encouraged by project magnitude.
